How many digits is a Tutu Code?
Tutu Codes for photos and videos are 8 digits. Promo codes are 6 — the same box accepts both and figures out which one you typed.
Does claiming cost anything?
No. The sender already paid for the restoration — you just take the original. You only pay if you order prints.
What if the code isn't found?
First double-check the digits (0/8 and 1/7 are easy to mix up). If they're right, the link may have expired or already been claimed by someone else — just ask the sender to share it again.
Is a “try this” code on a video the same as a photo code?
You type both into the same box — it recognises which is which. The difference is what you get: a photo/video code hands you **their file**; a “try this” code hands you **the recipe** (the prompt, the music, the length) so you can upload your own photo and get the same result. Trying a look costs no quota, has no headcount limit, and needs no account.
