The phone number, email address and password (stored encrypted) you provide when registering or signing in.
Photo data
The photo files you upload for printing or restoration, including the photos themselves and their EXIF metadata (capture time, device model, etc.).
Order information
Order-related information such as print specifications, delivery address and payment records.
Device information
Basic device information such as browser type, operating system and IP address, used to keep the service secure and improve the experience.
2. How We Use Information
The information we collect is used only for the following purposes:
- Providing print services — processing photos, running print jobs and generating orders
- Order processing and delivery — managing order status, arranging delivery and handling payments
- Customer support — handling after-sales requests, answering enquiries and resolving issues
- Service improvement — analysing usage to optimise the product experience (photo content is never involved)
- Security — preventing fraud, abuse and security threats
3. Photo Data Handling
As a photo printing service, we understand how sensitive photo data is, and therefore make the following commitments:
- 1 Your photos are used only for printing and restoration and for no other purpose
- 2 Photos are never used to train AI models or for any machine-learning purpose
- 3 Photos are never shared with any third party (except delivery services)
- 4 You can delete uploaded photos at any time, and once deleted they are no longer kept on our servers
4. Data Security
We take the following measures to protect the security of your data:
- All data transmission is encrypted with HTTPS
- Passwords are stored using the Argon2 algorithm, so they cannot be recovered even if the database leaks
- Authentication endpoints are rate-limited to prevent brute-force attacks
- Data is backed up regularly to prevent accidental loss
5. Third-Party Services
To provide a complete service, we may use the following third-party services:
- Payment providers — such as WeChat Pay and Alipay, used to process online payments. Payment information is handled directly by the provider; we do not store your bank card or payment account details.
- Logistics providers — used to deliver printed products. We provide them only with the delivery address and contact details necessary for shipping.
- AI restoration service — if you use the photo restoration feature, photos may be sent over an encrypted channel to an AI processing service for restoration; after processing, the remote service retains none of your photos.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access — you can view your personal information and order history in the user centre at any time
- Right to rectification — you can update your profile, delivery address and other information
- Right to erasure — you can delete uploaded photos, and you can contact us to delete your account and all associated data
- Right to be informed — you have the right to know how we handle your personal information and can contact us at any time
7. Cookie Policy
We use necessary cookies and local storage to maintain your login state and cart information. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising tracking technologies.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will post a notice on the website. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest content.
