Right after payment the system processes and prints automatically, usually within minutes. For in-store pickup, collect once done; delivery usually takes 1–3 days.

We use pro printers from Epson, Canon and other top brands, with multi-ink systems and genuine papers — accurate colors, rich detail, waterproof and fade-resistant for long-lasting photos. The same output quality as a professional photo studio.

We support JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP and camera RAW (CR2/NEF/ARW, etc.). Sizes range from 1-inch ID photos to 12-inch large format, with multiple pro papers to choose from.

Absolutely. You can upload many photos at once, pick different sizes and papers for each, and order together. Bulk printing gets tiered discounts, with exact prices shown live as you choose specs.

We use pro printers and genuine inks for very high color fidelity. Still, because screens (emissive) and photo paper (reflective) differ physically, slight color shifts can occur — normal for any print service. We are rolling out ICC pro color management to further narrow the screen-to-print gap.

We currently support WeChat Pay and Alipay — scan the code after ordering to pay. Once paid, the system starts processing and printing automatically, with nothing more to do.

If printing hasn’t started, you can cancel for a full refund. For printed orders with quality issues (color shift, blur, damage, etc.), request after-sales and we’ll reprint free or refund.

Photos are used only for print processing, nothing else. After printing you can view them anytime on the order page or delete them yourself.

The system monitors print status throughout and retries automatically on errors. You can track progress live by order number at any time — every step is crystal clear.

Submit a partnership application on the site with your basic info and service area; you can join once approved. Partners deliver the platform’s printed photos to local users, while the platform provides end-to-end printing, QC and packaging support.
